I am not sure exactly what I would like to do for my project 1, but I am leaning towards something involving technology and possibly relating to globalization too. Countries aren't as isolated from each other as they used to be and it is easier to find out what is going on all over the globe. I am interested in how technology will further play a part in breaking down barriers between countries, like language for example, and what effect this will have on the world and how it functions.
Wonderful topic, Michele. Knowledge is power, as they say, and global networks provide us with tons of it, bringing people together from around the world. Of course the same networks are used for less benevolent goals as well. Looking forward to seeing your vision of the future.
