The issue that I want to explore and research is how the fashion is going to develop with all the new technologies allowing limitless possibilities of modifications and how it can affect the society's well being.

This sounds like a project that can be a lot of fun while investigating the social ramifications of the fashion industry. When we live in a world where low income households still feel compelled to spend hundreds of dollars on brand name sneakers, there is clearly something askew. What compels us to buy brand names? Why is Ralph Lauren worth $6.3 billion? Obviously there's a huge gap between what it costs to produce his products and what he sells them for - a 6.3 billion dollar gap. How does that impact the people who produce his clothing - as well as those who purchase it?
